“Still Dancing” indulges in the filmmaker’s love of dance and sits at the intersection of social commentary and poetics.
At the end of her business career, Maria decided to focus on her long-standing passion for film and completed a degree in film and media followed by a Master’s in Screenwriting. She won the award for best student radio feature, and the dissertation documentary she directed, ‘Hear Me Now’ won two Royal Television Society awards. ‘Still Dancing indulges in her love of dance and sits at the intersection of social commentary and poetics.
